How SmartDocumentor Works

SmartDocumentor receives files from browser import, via e-mail, URL (public) or from API integration.
Once imported, the files begin to be processed by Microsoft's AI engines, which will follow the rules defined by the users and return the duly processed data.
This data is then translated and displayed to the user so that they can review what has been captured, checking that everything conforms to their initial expectations. If necessary, the user can always correct, supplement or add new information.
At the end of the process, there are export and integration mechanisms that allow the user to obtain the information in a simple and generalised way so that they can use it and work with it as they wish.
