Completing Your Order

To allow us to set up your license, please note the following:

Licenses

Each SmartDocumentor license is activated using a unique key which you’ll receive after the completion of your purchase – the email may take up to 48 hours to reach you. If you have any questions or issues regarding your license activation, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Store

All purchases should be made through our online store. At step 1, you’ll be asked to fill in your billing information. The activation key will be sent to the email address filled in this step.

In step 2, choose your preferred payment method. If you choose wire transfer, you'll receive an email with DevScope's bank account details. Your order won't be confirmed until the funds have cleared. Confirm all data on step 3 and place your order. If you need to follow specific company policies or require an invoice before your purchase, please contact us at [email protected].

PayPal Purchases

If you plan on using PayPal for your payment, please note that PayPal requires that any purchase over $2,000 US Dollars be made through a verified bank account in your PayPal Account.

PayPal will not allow a checkout over that amount.
