When extracting data from a custom template, SmartDocumentor requires additional processing resources to process data from fields it didn't receive as much training to correctly identify, which translates to an additional usage of Microsoft Azure AI Services.

No. SmartDocumentor's data anonymization module is separate from its data extraction module, so neither process is performed at the same time. SmartDocumentor has the Invoices and Receiptsarrow-up-right module dedicated to extracting data from and the Custom Templatesarrow-up-right module where you can train it to extract data from any other type of document.

SmartDocumentor only automatically anonymizes data from an extensive list of fields it’s trained on. If you want to anonymize a field SmartDocumentor still isn’t trained on, you can use the manual anonymization tool in that field during the reviewing process.

No, SmartDocumentor does not store any data during the anonymization process.

Documents and images are kept in SmartDocumentor for at least 31 days before deletion. Clients can go to a workspace’s settings and change this period to up to 180 days. They can also choose to delete a document immediately after reviewing and exporting it. Only the client has access to these documents and images.

Transcriptions

Yes, the credits can be used interchangeably between all services provided by SmartDocumentor.

No. Credits are locked to the user’s account and can’t be transferred to other users’ accounts.

Yes. An invoice is issued for every purchase containing the information and sent to the email address used during the checkout.

Payments are exclusively processed via third-party services (Stripe and PayPal), which abide by the strictest security standards available.
